Special Guests

We had some special guests today for lunchtime. As Ruth was washing her hands she noticed our visitors. We quick grabbed James to look out the window so he could see and say turk-ey.

They worked their way from the backyard to the side of the house.
They moved to the front and so did we. Trying to keep quite and James kept saying turk-ey.

They then took off up into the field. We counted a total of 15. They moved quickly and were gone. We then went back to our lunch.

A Hole!

After much anticipation progress has finally begun on our house! They dug our hole yesterday and now begining to get ready to pour the foundation. Now we must get busy in making our selections. We have the exterior selected, but must now begin choosing our interior. We are currently working on the cabinets and floors. We have decided on dark chocolate wood floors with either a saddle (dark brown) or rouge cabinet in the kitchen. Based on what we decide will determine the trim color. The counter is also narrowed down to two choices as well, honed travertine or jamocha granite. So many decisions...but lots of fun.
