We did it!! We survived our first home sale. After cleaning, staging, and trying to get everything ready for showings, setting up times for showings we sold our house after 3 days!! We had only two showings, but others set up. Of the two showings we got an offer. We countered, they accepted! Sold at 9:00pm last night.
God is good! His hand definitely played a part in all this to have our home sell so quickly. Its all in His timing and hands. What an answer to prayers, and a relief that we will not have to worry about selling our home as Jonathan starts his new job. We will certainly miss our first home, but I pray that God will lead us to another that will suit us just as well!
