With the baby coming, we decided it was time to get some new furniture. We started thinking this because James was going to need something so that his furniture could move into the baby's room. So we found a set for him with a dresser, nightstand, and headboard. We haven't put the headboard on yet so that he can still get in and out of bed easily without rails.
This is his dresser. The nightstand is the same, just smaller.
With our families being closer and our family growing we decided it was time for a new table. (Our other one didn't fair too well in storage either.) This table pulls apart into a square and will seat 8. It will be nice not to squeeze so much when others are over.
We also figured it was time for us to have some furniture that was new, and not all hand me downs. So we got ourselves nightstands, dresser, and a bed. 
It's been exciting purchasing new furniture, and having our house really come together. Next, I think it's time to put up the valanaces and hang some pictures on the walls.
